Jessica Helgerson Interior Design rearranged the spaces to fit the modern lifestyle.
Each of the floors has its own common living space and bedrooms, so the residence feels like a complete dream home. The first floor has a unique atmosphere, casual and fun, accentuated by the boat converted to a swinging day bed hanging from the ceiling of the living room. A home theatre on the same floor with sunny velvet armchairs, Mexican movie posters and pillows made from vintage silk scarves invite friends to relax in a fun, colourful atmosphere. The second floor features a game room with a personalized game table designed by Jesse Moyer that features reupholstered vintage chairs to match the table. The last floor conveys a feeling of elegant living, with a “
16-foot-long sofa that curves gracefully on thin walnut legs, a handcrafted walnut lamp that curves to match the sofa, and a chandelier that reflects the ocean in hundreds of slightly irregular hand-blown glass drops.” There is also a home office and beautiful terraces, one overlooking the Ocean, another one featuring a gorgeous ceramic dining table.
