When the space is organized competently, the metric area does not really matter. We can give you a perfect example – this flat occupies an area of only 39 square meters, which look very cozy, bright and functional. This small apartment design was completed by Vasastans mäklarna in Stockholm. There is a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom, living room and even a cabinet in the limited space. All of this is the result of painstaking work on the optimization of space and the use of certain colors and materials in the interior design. To my mind, it’s a good choice for young modern family.
